Here are the things I’m coveting this Christmas. Some things are reasonable and others, well shall we say, are things that I consider stretch requests. I don’t think St. Nick will have all of these things waiting for me on Christmas morning, but it’s fun to dream.
A new bottle of Eau De Merveilles Perfume by Hermes.
This is my signature scent. Actually, this can be checked off my wish list because my sister buys me a new bottle every year for Christmas. Thanks, Beth! Have you ever smelled this perfume? TO. DIE. FOR.
Being a “Brooklynite” for the past fourteen years, I love this borough, in particular, the food and how accessible all of it is. The book features unpretentious recipes from local artisans, chefs, and ordinary folk who celebrate Brooklyn’s finest ingredients. And, like the borough’s eclectic population–this book includes Italian, Asian, Polish, Mexican, Russian, you name it.
Every time Amanda Jornov (my company’s head style consultant) and I are out working with clients, we indulge ourselves by stopping at the Swarovski counter to eye the rings we have been coveting. This is the one I particularly like. One day I will own you!
A Lifetime Supply of Dr. Brown’s Diet Black Cherry Soda
I don’t really drink soda, but I consider this particular soda one of my addictions. (Hey, there are worst things to be addicted to.) In fact, I get worried when I don’t have at least one can in the fridge. A lifetime supply would eliminate that concern. Okay? Thanks, Santa.
It’s a weird thing, I know, but I have always dreamt of pulling Louis Vuitton luggage off a baggage carousel. For some reason I have this thought that, when I do, I will really have arrived (no pun intended.)
While I’m not a sneaker person, I’ve been loving these sneakers since I saw them a few months ago. Not only are they ridiculously comfortable, but they’re all bizarrely blinged out with sequins. They’re fun, comfortable and sort of stylish….in a kooky way…just like me.
I love my iPad, like love, love, love my iPad and I really love the Clamcase, an all-In-One Keyboard, Case and Stand for the iPad. With all the travel I do, I can really see getting a lot of use out of this case.
Cartier Stainless Steel Tank Watch
This has been another goal purchase of mine; sort of like the Louis Vuitton luggage. I have this dream of one day buying a basic Cartier Tank Watch for myself when I reach a certain point of success in my career. There is something about the timeless simplicity and the sophistication that speaks to my sensibility.
So, tell me, what are you coveting this Christmas?
