I had my yearly physical a few weeks ago. My doctor said lots of annoying things. But the most annoying was that my blood pressure isn’t great.  I needed to make some changes. Watch my salt intake and get some exercise. But the truth is aside from a lot of walking (I do live in Manhattan) I haven’t exercised regularly in years.

I found most people recommended Yoga for two reasons. One, it was a good exercise program to start with for someone who was out of shape and two the whole point of Yoga is reduce physical and emotional stress which in turn could bring down my blood pressure.

It was kismet that a company called Revolucion approached me about being a Fab Find.
