Friday’s Fab Find: A Mighty Nest

Well, it’s the first month of a new decade and already the planet isn’t doing so great. The fires in Australia hopefully will be out by the time this is printed, but that’s doubtful.  If you want to help the animals you can donate to WWF Australia here.

You can donate to the Red Cross of Australia here.

But don’t feel powerless, there are things you can do to help the earth. Few things bring me as much joy as finding a great Fab Find that not only provides convenience and saves money but is also eco-friendly. Some people don’t realize that even small changes can make a big impact on your carbon footprint.

Mighty Nest

I’ve found a company that brings the products you need to help the earth right to your door! Mighty Nest is a subscription service with two options. Visit their site here.

Mighty Nest’s is determined to make it easier for their customers to have access to safe ecological products that are simple and convenient. Every product is evaluated based on its ingredients and Mighty Nest takes great care to ensure all products are free of BPA, PVC, phthalates, heavy metals, melamine, chemical flame retardants, parabens, and other harsh chemicals. They even have in-depth interviews with each manufacturer about their product’s ingredients, manufacturing process, and safety testing.

You can set up a Mighty Essentials subscription where eco-minded cleaning and household products you pick will be delivered to you on a regular basis so you never run out.

The Mighty Fix will introduce a new green product every month. A randomly selected item (you can let the company know if you have pets or children, or not so they won’t send you items you can’t use) you may have never heard of that can replace wasteful or toxic items in your home.

And Mighty Nest is here for you! They have a blog where they share helpful advice and tips, a Facebook Page where you can get information, ask questions, and get answers.  You can try a subscription for as little as $3. What do you have to lose?
