Printed pants are fun. They add some excitement to a look and in the summer, when you really don’t want to burden your body with lots of extra layers and accessories, they can make an outfit look exciting without a lot of work.
I felt the need to just create some fun looks that are colorful and remind me of the fact that one day we will need pretty outfits for going out and enjoying ourselves. I have put together five different looks using printed pants and added bunch more to shop for at the end of this post.
Printed Pants: Adding Fun Whimsy to a Summer Look
I styled these printed pants from Athropologie with an ivory sleeveless top with sweet back detail from Boden. I finished the outfit with a pair of black slides from Sam Edelman, Longchamp handbag and pink hoop earrings.
This fun pair of wide-leg cropped printed pants from J. Crew will brighten any day, especially when styled with this bright short sleeve sweater. I finished the look with a pair of soft blue sandals from Everlane, a simple necklace, and a cognac bag from Thacker.
These printed ankle pants from Joie have a drawstring and easy look, especially when styled with a relaxed tie-front shirt from Madewell. I finished the look with beige slides, linear earrings, and a cherry red bag from Rag & Bone.
These tropical orchid printed jeans will add some excitement to your denim while being just as versatile as your other jeans. I styled it with a hot pink top from Gibson and finished the look with silver Birkenstocks, a denim bag from Coach and silver statement earrings.
I’m not usually a big fan of floral prints, but I love this style from Jen 7. The colors are stunning and there are a lot of shades to work with. I styled these printed ankle-length jeans with a summer sweater from Lafayette 148 and finished the look with a teal bag from Mansur Gavriel, grey platform wedges from Kork-Ease and silver drop earrings from Karine Sultan.
As we start to emerge from our lockdown isolation, printed pants will definitely brighten your day.
