Bridgette Raes never intended to create a family business but didn’t need to look far to find exceptional talent when building her staff. Not only is she related to her two team members, but she also chose people uniquely qualified and who she would have chosen regardless of whether she cohabitated with them on the same family tree.
While being related isn’t a requirement to be part of Bridgette Raes Style Group, despite not being a mother by choice, it inspired Bridgette’s preference to hire moms who need flexible hours to raise their families. In a time when many women are still facing the decision to work or raise a family, judged for gaps in their resumes, and even in these times, deal with the lack of understanding of what it takes to be a working mother, Bridgette Raes Style Group proudly commits to always offer these types of contractual part-time virtual positions. With a goal to empower women since the company’s inception in 2002, this marks another step in that commitment.
Regardless of Bridgette Raes Style Group’s goal to empower women, these flexible types of positions extend to any person seeking out this type of employment structure.
The Team
Rachel Kvidera came to Bridgette Raes Style Group after taking time away from her purchasing career where she worked as an Assistant Buyer for eight retail stores. She held that position for four years at which time she decided to join the sales floor team where she managed a staff of fifteen. She has extensive knowledge of workwear, western wear, outdoor clothing, and footwear brands. Some of her favorites are Ariat, Dovetail, Prana, and Sorel.
Slated to become a buyer within the company, she quit her job in August of 2019 to stay home with her newborn. On Christmas Eve of 2021, she welcomed her second child. Rachel is a native of and lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with her husband and two boys, Brooks and Knox. She enjoys taking her boys on play-dates, spending time with family, fine-dining and drinking wine with friends, and weekend getaways to Estes Park, Steamboat, and Breckenridge.
When Bridgette needed a styling assistant, she tapped Rachel for the job. Looking for something that offered flexibility, Rachel accepted the position as Bridgette’s assistant and works closely with her on all client and front-facing roles within Bridgette Raes Style Group.
Rachel holds a BA in Apparel Merchandising with a minor in Business Administration from Colorado State University and did a prestigious summer internship in New York City with Global Purchasing Group in 2012.
Beth Wuhrl joined the team in the latter years of raising three exceptional kids; her daughter, Morgan, currently a sophomore, studying film at Emerson College, her son, Evan, a high school senior, and currently deciding which college he will study acting, and her daughter, Avery, a competitive equestrian and high school freshman.
If Beth could raise three kids and manage a busy household for 19 years, she could easily assume the role of managing data, workflow, and backend processes for Bridgette Raes Style Group which, not surprisingly, she handles with great aplomb.
Having trained in veterinary technology, Beth feels most comfortable around animals, like her three dogs and two cats, but has been enjoying the change of pace working with those who only have two legs.
Beth loves taking long road trips with her husband of 20 years and finding odd landmarks along the way, planning her next ink, and cheering on her kids at whatever show, event, or project they are working on. Her favorite shoes are her Rothy’s Chelsea sneakers, and she loves a good retro 50s look.
